  • The Armored Car can completely devastate infantry, even more so if kiting.
  • Although it is "Armored", it is still vulnerable to small arms fire (especially to the U.S. Rifleman's BAR's)


The SdKfz 222 Armored Car was an up-gunned variant of the SdKfz 221, mounting a partially-closed turret with a 2cm KwK38 gun, and a light machine-gun. With slightly more firepower than the SdKfz 221/223, it could knock out light vehicles yet lacked the armour for heavy combat. Just as with the SdKfz 221, it had poor off-road performance and tended to stay on roads. It was normally led by a SdKfz 223 radio-equipped armored car, when patrolling ahead of the Panzer and Panzergrenadier divisions.
